Mindfulness coaching offers a supportive, personalised space to bring more ease and awareness into everyday life.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or already have some experience, our sessions can help you deepen your practice,
discover practical ways to navigate challenges, and create more room for presence and balance in your daily routine.
My approach
I’m curious about how we can cultivate harmony in life, embrace the unfolding of natural flow, and discover ease and spontaneity in the present moment.
My approach draws from mindful movement practices such as yoga, t’ai chi, the Alexander Technique and the Feldenkrais Method, as well as my training in Unified Mindfulness and certification in Organic Intelligence®. I’ve also studied mindfulness-based NeuroCoaching which I sometimes weave into sessions when helpful.
The most significant influence, however, has been my own horses and Dartmoor’s wild ponies. They have taught me how to be deeply present and engaged with whatever life brings forth in each moment — lessons I now share in my work with people.
How coaching works
Each session is tailored to you and your needs. We might explore ways to:

You can choose to book occasional sessions as needed or meet regularly for ongoing support.

Coaching sessions take place online and each session lasts 50–60 minutes.
They are currently offered on a donation basis.
