The Mindful Path is a 9-week course offering a supportive and guided exploration of mindfulness and meditation practices. It provides practical tools to enhance your presence - not only
during meditation but also in your daily life.
Create And Connect
Create & Connect is a coworking space for writers, artists and all kinds of creatives.
Each session weaves together gentle mindfulness practices with quiet, focused time to work — helping you connect with your creativity while feeling supported by a like-minded community.

Compass Workshops
The annual and quarterly Compass workshops are seasonal sessions that help you plan ahead mindfully — setting intentions and priorities without the pressure of rigid goal-setting.
